FIX
There is a 3 days grace period, 72 hours from your appointment date, to fix any premature fall outs or lash extension situation (ie. twisting, stuck, extra, etc.). We’ll do our best to accommodate and fit you in at the earliest convenience.

CONSULTATION (in-person)
If this is your first-time and/or currently have eyelash extensions and want a fill except have never been with us, then you're required to come in for an in-person consultation. This ensures that all your needs are met. We'll check the quality of your current eyelash extensions and recommend the closest or best lash set for you. If we can work around the current circumstances, then we can proceed with the appropriate 1, 2, or 3 week refill based on the Class, Coverage, Cost, and Character you choose. If not, a removal, eyelash cleanse, and a full set will be priced accordingly.

BATHE
Eyelash Cleanse CRUELTY-FREE. NON-IRRITANT. PARABEN/OIL-FREE.

EMERGENCY BOOKING
Sometimes life happens and you can not get an appointment during business hours. This service allows you to get emergency fills or removals after business hours (Closed 9:00 PM EST) in time for any event. In order to book this, please CALL or TEXT 347-309-4794 to schedule after hours.

REMOVAL
Gently removes eyelash extensions with cream / gel.

SENSITIVITY TEST
CLIENTS WITH ANY SENSITIVITIES OR ALLERGIES. To ensure your eye's safety, this patch test is required for clients with any sensitivies to food or health products. We will apply 2-5 individual lash extensions close to your outer lash line using our current glue. After 24 hours without any adverse reactions, our staff will call you to check up on how your lashes are holding up. When it is safe to continue using our current adhesive, you will be booked at your earliest convenience.
