New clients with previous lash extensions WITH or WITHOUT LASH EXTENSIONS are required to come in for an in-person consultation before we can book a full set.

Consultations are complimentary.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON A CONSULTATION
During your consultation, we'll assist you in finding a Class, Coverage, Cost, and Character perfect for you. It will also be the best time for you to ask any questions. So that you are confident in your decision!

After your consultation, we will book your full set at the next earliest appointment slot.

Same day appointments are not typical, however, if there was an open slot right after your consultation appointment, then you’re in luck!

ALLERGY CONCERNS

Sensitivity tests are complimentary.

FIRST-TIME — NEW CLIENTS (REQUIRED)
If you have never had lash extensions before and this will be your first-time, then you are required to take a sensitivity test for your safety in addition to your consultation. A waiting period of 3-7 days is recommended to ensure sensitivity is mild to none. If you’re allergic, ask your lash artist about our sensitive glue option!

EXPERIENCED — NEW CLIENTS
Experienced new clients are not required to do a sensitivity test, but it is recommended.

 
 

FOREIGN FILLS

NOT LASH BONDAGE’S LASHES?
If you currently have eyelash extensions and want a fill except have never been with us, then you're required to come in for an in-person consultation.

This ensures that all your needs are met. We'll check the quality of your current eyelash extensions and recommend the closest or best lash set for you.

ACCEPTABLE LASH FILLS
If we can work around the current circumstances, then we can proceed with the appropriate 1, 2, 3, or 4 (>/= 40% retention) week refill based on the Class, Coverage, Cost, and Character you choose. If not, a removal, eyelash cleanse, and full set will be priced accordingly. Receipts of last lash fill or full set service is required.

However, once your appointment’s booked you will receive a text with your appointment date and time followed by an email with more appointment details including address, date, time, preparation, and cancellation policy. Please read cancellation and rescheduling policy to its entirety.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY: Canceling or rescheduling before 48 hours (3 days before) prior to your appointment will automatically be refunded in the form of your initial 25% deposit or full-service payment except when a cancellation was made before 24 hours (2 days before) then the 25% deposit of the appointment’s full-service value is non-refundable. Rescheduling 2 days before is ok (no fee). Canceling, rescheduling, or no-shows (late 15 min.) within 24 hours (same day) are subject to a charge of 50% (including the 25% deposit) of that appointment’s full-service value.

Please inform us of any allergies. All adhesives are safe. No formaldehyde.

DEPOSITS 

To secure your appointment, we require a 25% deposit of any services over $25. If your schedule changes, please see our cancellation policy.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Canceling or rescheduling within 72 hours (3 days before) prior to your appointment will automatically be refunded in the form of your initial 25% deposit of your full-service appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours (2 days before) is ok (no fee) except when cancelling then there will be a 25% cancellation fee of that appointment’s full service value and the deposit is non-refundable. Canceling, rescheduling, or no-shows (late 15 min.) within 24 hours (same day) are subject to a 25% modification fee of that appointment’s full-service value, deposit is non-refundable, and rescheduling keeps deposit.
