4 WEEK FILLS | POLICY UPDATE

Our services are curated carefully and thoughtfully with you guys in mind. So, we can do our best to accommodate everyone!

Sometimes adding a new service or implementing new protocols works as it should, and sometimes it does not. After careful consideration, we believe that just because there’s a negative tipping point in one area, doesn’t mean we should discontinue certain privileges, because we want everyone to benefit the services we offer! 

GOING FORWARD 
4 Week Fill bookings are going to be considered initially as a full set. 

Before starting your lash service, your lash artist will assess if your lash retention. If you have equal or more than 40% lash retention then we will proceed with a 4 Week Fill price. However, if it is less than 40%, then it will be defaulted to its initial full set price.

If we can fit your original full set within the allocated time, then it will be full price. However, if we can’t fit that full set within the allocated time, you will get the “light coverage” full set of that original set for the 4 Week Fill price, and an upgrade fee will be applied on your next appointment to get back to the original set. 

TO STAY WITHIN 40% OR MORE RETENTION
We recommend booking at the end of your service, booking in advanced, rescheduling your appointment sooner than your regular fills, or coming in at the weekly fill your lash artist advised.

CANCELLATIONS 
If you don’t agree to that and cancel, then our Cancellation Policy will be implemented. Clients with a deposit (non-refundable) will have an additional 25% same-day cancellation fee; and clients without deposits will have a 50% same-day cancellation fee.
